We provide DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing products and related printing services.

Because our products may be custom-made according to artwork and specifications submitted by customers, customers are responsible for reviewing all order information and artwork before completing a purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including when an order contains inaccurate information, violates applicable laws, or cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

3. Artwork and File Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing artwork that they have the legal right to use.

For best printing results, we recommend artwork with a resolution of 300 DPI.

The maximum printable width is 22 inches.

Customers are responsible for checking artwork before submitting an order, including:

Design and layout
Dimensions
Spelling
Colors
Quantity
Transparency and background
Image quality
Other design details

We are not responsible for printing errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer-provided artwork.

4. Intellectual Property and Customer Content

By submitting artwork, images, logos, trademarks, or other content to us, you represent and warrant that you own the content or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to use it.

You agree not to submit content that:

Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
Violates applicable laws
Contains unlawful or fraudulent material
Violates the rights of another person or business

You remain the owner of your submitted artwork and content.

By submitting content to us, you grant us permission to use, reproduce, and process the content solely as reasonably necessary to provide the products or services you ordered.

5. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product descriptions, or other inaccuracies and may cancel an order affected by such an error.

Payment must be successfully received before an order is processed or production begins.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes after the order is placed, provided that production has not already started.

After 30 minutes, orders generally cannot be canceled because custom production or order preparation may have already begun.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.

7. Returns and Refunds

Because many of our products are custom-made, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted for customer preference, ordering errors, or changes of mind.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the estimated processing time shown on the website.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method, destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
